Important note!

  1. All parcels available status products are shipped from our warehouse on the same working day (order received before 11 am (GMT+8). Tracking numbers are provided to customers within 3-5 business days.
  2. If you have received a shipped confirmation email from our side, kindly login into your account to check your tracking number. All delivery time on our website is business days, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public holidays in our country & receiving country.
  3. International shipping periods may vary depending on customs clearance, Weather conditions, Unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, and Remote locations. In countries like India, Brazil, Russia & others, with the complicated custom process, delivery time will be much longer.
  4. Order once shipped cannot be canceled to return; the buyer must accept the parcel & contact us to open the return request.  
  5. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, Vat. Import duties, Warehouse processing fees that are chargeable upon delivery according to your local laws.
  6. All parcel is shipped with a tracking number; mostly, we use the service of DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, Aramex and others.
  7. Buyers from the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and Taiwan are requested to fill their addresses in Chinese.
  8. Buyers located in remote areas, Island countries, or some countries may have to pay an additional remote fee, local administrative fee, or warehouse processing fee, depending on the courier company charges. The remote fee will be collected by us separately before your tracking is issued, as we get informed by the forwarder about the same after receiving your parcel in their warehouse.
  9. In countries where the custom process is complicated & shipping is complex, such as Russia and Brazil, we hold the right to cancel the order as we check the shipping process order on an order basis.
  10. From our end, we always choose door-to-door delivery, but in some countries or locations, you may have to go & pick up the parcel on your own.
  11. Custom orders with name printing (Name will be printed per your address) require an additional seven working days; no returns or cancellation is accepted.
  12. The buyer must keep an eye on their tracking & get in touch with the courier company locally in the event of customs clearance or address errors.
  13. Return products with no quality issues will be deducted 50% to restore fees and return charges to be paid by the buyer.

A. For buyers & our peace of mind starting 1st Feb 2020, we have STOP POSTAL shipping option as the delivery time with postal service is quite long between 3-8weeks & there is no daily update on tracking from now on; all the tracking we offer has day to day update.
