  • Over USD 149.99 – Free Express Shipping: 5–10 business days.

  • Below USD 149.99 – Standard Express Shipping USD 20 (15–20 business days *conditions apply), Express Shipping USD 35 (5–10 business days).

Important note!

1. All available-status products are shipped from our warehouse the same working day (orders received before 11:00 AM GMT+8). Tracking numbers are provided within 3–5 business days.

2. Delivery time is based on business days and excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in both our country and the destination country,

3. Standard (postal) shipping can sometimes take 5–6 weeks. We highly recommend choosing the express option for faster delivery and daily tracking updates. Please note that with postal shipping, tracking updates are only available when the parcel leaves the origin country and once it arrives in your country.

4. International shipping times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters or pandemics, strikes), and remote delivery locations.

5. For some U.S. orders, please note that, depending on product availability and the destination, some shipments may be processed and dispatched from different locations. As a result, delivery may take 10-15 days. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best possible service.

6. Orders once shipped cannot be canceled or returned unless the parcel is accepted. The buyer must receive the parcel and contact us to initiate a return request.

7. The buyer is responsible for all customs fees, VAT, import duties, shipping commission, handling fees & warehouse processing fees as required by local laws.

8. All express parcels are shipped with tracking numbers using services such as DHL, FedEx, SF Express, UPS, TNT, Aramex, and others.

9. Please monitor tracking information closely and contact the courier directly regarding customs, delivery, or address issues. Deliveries may or may not require a signature depending on courier policies, and customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel or arranging delivery with the courier. If a parcel is rejected, not cleared, or marked as delivered by the courier, no refund will be issued, and any related losses, penalties, or courier charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.

10. Any product received in damaged condition must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We will take responsibility for replacing any product that is damaged during transit. Please note that this does not apply to outer packaging damage that may occur during shipping process, as long as the product inside remains intact.
