- Custom orders, including the magnetic quick swap multipack filter, require an additional three working days for processing. These orders are fulfilled by opening the individual packs to create a custom kit so it won't be sealed. Please note that no returns or cancellations will be accepted for these custom orders.
- Buyers in Taiwan and India are required to provide their personal ID, which is necessary for the courier company to ship the parcel.
